Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not always be available at the date/time requested. However, I will always do my best to accommodate your requirements.

Changes to Appointments
If for any reason you are unable to make an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that sometimes life throws us a curve ball that can't be avoided, and I do try to be as flexible as possible. However, if an appointment is changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the originally booked time, I will require full payment for that session. 

Payment
Payment can be made in advance or at the end of the session. For face to face appointments, I offer payment by card/contactless and otherwise by bank transfer. I do not normally take cash.

Block booking discount
If you would like to book 6 or more sessions and are able to pay up front, I offer a discount of 5% for all sessions. For example 6 face to face sessions would normally cost £300, this would be discounted to £270 for advance payment.

Concessions
I am sometimes able to offer low-cost or discounted sessions to individuals who would struggle to pay the full price. Please contact me for details.
